Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Healthcare Improvement Scotland (Fees) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/130) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/131 (C.11)) 5. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Siobhian Brown, Minister for Victims and Community Safety, Michael Paparakis, Policy and Bill Programme Manager, and Megan Stefaniak, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 6. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
