1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether the consideration of its work programme should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, Elliot Robertson, Head of EU Secretariat, and Chris Nicholson, Solicitor and Head of Branch, Constitutional Reform and External Affairs, Scottish Government.
