1. Declaration of interests: The new Member will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to consider a draft report on National Outcomes in private at future meetings, and whether to consider a draft report on the Review of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement inquiry in private at future meetings. 3. Review of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation agreement inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, Frank Strang, Deputy Director, European Relations, and Nick Leake, Deputy Director, Scottish Government EU Office, Scottish Government. 4. National Outcomes: The Committee will take evidence from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, Russell Bain, Deputy Director, International Futures and Brand Scotland policy, and Craig Thomson, Team Leader, Working Internationally, Scottish Government.
