Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Scottish Government Resource Spending Review: The Committee will take evidence from— Kate Forbes, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Economy, Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, Kirsty Whyte, Team Leader, Resource Spending Review, and Penelope Cooper, Director of Culture and Major Events, Scottish Government. 3. Intergovernmental Relations The Committee will take evidence from— Jess Sargeant, Senior Researcher, Institute for Government; Dr Paul Anderson, Senior Lecturer in International Relations and Politics, Liverpool John Moores University; Dr Coree Brown Swan, Lecturer in Comparative Politics, Queen’s University Belfast. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
