1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of a draft report on the Continuity Act- draft policy statement and draft annual report should be taken in private. 2. Inquiry into the Scottish Government’s international work The Committee will take evidence from— Dr Kirsty Hughes, Fellowship of the Royal Society of Edinburgh (FRSE); Dr Adam Marks, International Policy Executive, Law Society of Scotland; Professor Murray Pittock, Co-chair of Scottish Arts and Humanities Alliance (SAHA), University of Glasgow. 3. Continuity Act - draft policy statement and draft annual report: The Committee will consider a draft report.
