Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to consider a draft report on How is Devolution Changing Post-EU? in private at this meeting and future meetings, and whether to consider a draft report on Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2024-25 in private at future meetings 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will take evidence from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, and Penelope Cooper, Director of Culture and Major Events, Scottish Government. 3. How is Devolution Changing Post-EU?: The Committee will consider a draft report.
