1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 and the consideration of its work programme at any future meetings in private.

Ministerial Statements: Covid-19; and Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the latest Ministerial statements on Covid-19; the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 12) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/17) and the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 13) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/25) from—
Michael Russell, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, Europe and External Affairs, and Professor Jason Leitch, National Clinical Director, Scottish Government.
