Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs, Natalie Don, Minister for Children, Young People and Keeping the Promise, Catriona Dalrymple, Deputy Director, Community Justice, Tom McNamara, Head of Youth Justice & Children’s Hearings, and Barry McCaffrey, Solicitor, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Access to court transcripts: The Committee will consider correspondence from the Scottish Government. 4. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
