Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on part 4 of the Bill at Stage 1 from— Ronnie Renucci KC, Vice-Dean, Faculty of Advocates; Stuart Munro, Law Society of Scotland; Stuart Murray, President, Scottish Solicitors Bar Association; and then from— Laura Buchan, Procurator Fiscal Policy and Engagement, and Alisdair Macleod, Principal Procurator Fiscal Depute, Policy Division, Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. 2. Victims, Witnesses and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
