Criminal Justice Committee

1. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Kevin Stewart, Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care, Anna Kynaston, Deputy Director, National Care Service, and Catriona Dalrymple, Deputy Director, Community Justice, Scottish Government. 2. Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans (LCM(S6)27). 3. Priorities in the Justice Sector and an Action Plan: The Committee will consider progress made on implementing the recommendations in the Committee’s report on the priorities for the criminal justice sector in Scotland. 4. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
