Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government’s intentions in relation to Stage 2 of the Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill from— Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs, Heather Reece-Wells, Criminal Justice Reform Unit, Lisa McCloy, Criminal Justice Reform Unit, Andrew Baird, Criminal Justice Reform Unit, Carole Robinson, Violence Against Women and Girls Unit, Simon Stockwell, Family Law Unit, Nicola Guild, Legal Directorate, and Sarah Crawford, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 2. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1. 3. Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
