Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on parts 5 and 6 of the Bill at Stage 1 from— The Right Honourable Dorothy Bain KC, Lord Advocate; and then from— David Fraser, Executive Director Court Operations, and Danielle McLaughlin, Head of the Lord Justice Clerk’s Review, Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service. 3. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
