Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (PIRC) Annual Report 2023/24: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will further consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
