Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2022 from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Scottish Government; Allister Purdie, Interim Director of Operations, Scottish Prison Service; Jamie MacQueen, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 3. Risk assessment in the justice system: The Committee will take evidence from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, and Catriona Dalrymple, Deputy Director of Community Justice and Parole, Scottish Government. 4. Review of evidence (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
