Police (Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Fiona McQueen, Vice Chair, Scottish Police Authority Board; Katharina Kasper, Chair of the Complaints and Conduct Committee, and Robin Johnston, Head of Legal, Scottish Police Authority; and then from— Deputy Chief Constable Alan Spiers, Professionalism, Strategy and Engagement, Chief Superintendent Helen Harrison, Head of Professional Standards, and Nicky Page, Head of Human Resources, Police Scotland. 2. Police (Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
