Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Neil Rennick, Director of Justice, and Donald McGillivray, Director of Safer Communities, Scottish Government. 3. Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010: The Committee will consider correspondence received from the Minister for Community Safety. 4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
