Criminal Justice Committee

1. Deaths in custody: The Committee will consider correspondence received from the Scottish Government, NHS Scotland, the Scottish Prison Service, HM Inspectorate of Prisons for Scotland and the Scottish Human Rights Commission. 2. Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018: The Committee will consider correspondence received from the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs. 3. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will review the evidence heard previously on parts 1 to 3 of the Bill. 4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny.
