National Care Service (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Claire Wilson, Lead Social Worker, Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership; Anil Gupta, Chief Officer, Communities, COSLA; Lynsey Smith, Chair of the Justice Standing Committee, Social Work Scotland; Kate Ramsden, National Executive Member, UNISON Scotland. 6.
