1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private. 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Neil Rennick, Director of Justice, and Donald McGillivray, Director of Safer Communities, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 [draft] from— Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Walter Drummond-Murray, Head of Civil Courts, Inquiries, Private & International Law , and Emma Thomson, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: Keith Brown (Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans) to move— S6M-06291—That the Criminal Justice Committee recommends that the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 [draft] be approved. 5. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Claire Wilson, Lead Social Worker, Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership; Anil Gupta, Chief Officer, Communities, COSLA; Lynsey Smith, Chair of the Justice Standing Committee, Social Work Scotland; Kate Ramsden, National Executive Member, UNISON Scotland. 6. Pre-Budget Scrutiny (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 7. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 5.
