Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Police Pensions (Remediable Service) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/239) Firefighters’ Pensions (Remediable Service) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/242) 3.
