Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary legislative consent memorandum lodged by Angela Constance, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs (LCM(S6)27b). 5.
