1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private. 2. Legal aid: The Committee will take evidence in a round-table discussion from— Gillian Fyfe, Citizens Advice Scotland; Tony Lenehen, Faculty of Advocates; Ian Moir, Law Society of Scotland; David Fraser, Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service; Colin Lancaster, Scottish Legal Aid Board; Julia McPartlin, Scottish Solicitors Bar Association; Marsha Scott, Dr, Scottish Women's Aid; Alan Paterson, Professor, University of Strathclyde. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Rules 2021 from— Keith Brown, Scottish Government; Tom Fox, Scottish Prison Service; Jamie MacQueen, Scottish Government Legal Directorate. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Rules 2021 (SSI 2021/289) 5. Post-legislative scrutiny - Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010: The Committee will consider correspondence received from the Public Audit Committee. 6. Legal aid: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
