1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6, 7, 8 and 10 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) Equality Act 2010 (Specification of Public Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) Sea Fisheries (Remote Electronic Monitoring and Regulation of Scallop Fishing) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Charities (References in Documents) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/111) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland Act 2023 (Commencement) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/110 (C.9)) Tied Pubs (Scotland) Act 2021 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/113 (C.10)) 5. Document subject to parliamentary control: The Committee will consider the following— Scottish Public Services Ombudsman: Child-friendly Complaint Handling Statement of Principles (SPSO/2024/01) 6. Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum on the Bill. 8. Victims and Prisoners Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum with regard to the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Bill. 9. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence, not before 09:45 am, from— Josie Allan, Head of Policy and Partnerships, Missing People; and then from— Raish Allan, Judicial Factories Manager, Tim Barraclough, Executive Director, Tribunals and Office of the Public Guardian , and Fiona Brown, Public Guardian and Accountant of Court, Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service. 10. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
