1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 2. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence from— Sir Jonathan Jones KC, Senior Consultant, Linklaters LLP; Dr Adam Tucker, Constitutional Lawyer, University of Liverpool; Morag Ross KC, Faculty of Advocates. 3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— The Dentists, Dental Care Professionals, Nurses, Nursing Associates and Midwives (International Registrations) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Provision of Service Information) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/358) 5. Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the response received from the Member-in-charge to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
