1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6, 7 and 8 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Local Taxation Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Composition) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2022/Draft) Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Valuation for Rating Appeal Functions of the Lands Tribunal for Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2022/Draft) First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Functions of Valuation Appeals Committees) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2022/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Act 2020 (Consequential Modifications) and Agricultural Products, Aquatic Animal Health and Genetically Modified Organisms (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/361) Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/362) Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/363) Valuation (Proposals Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/369) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/368) Valuation Roll and Valuation Notice (Scotland) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/370) 5. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 6. Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in the Bill at Stage 1. 7. Public Order Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the delegated powers conferred on the Chief Constable of the British Transport Police (with consent of the Scottish Ministers) and UK Ministers in the Public Order Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 8. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the evidence it received and the responses received from the Scottish Government and UK Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
