Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Building (Scotland) Amendment (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/340) Official Controls (Import of High Risk Food and Feed of Non-Animal Origin) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/341) Building (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/349) 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers Rules) (Amendment) 2022 (SSI 2022/355) 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider an approach for a draft protocol for an expedited timetable for certain instruments under the affirmative procedure which may also be made under the "made affirmative" procedure.
