1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4, 5 and 6 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Non-Domestic Rates (Miscellaneous Anti-Avoidance Measures) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) Social Security Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) Social Security (Up-rating) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) Budget (Scotland) Act 2022 Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Public Health Scotland Amendment Order 2023 (SSI 2023/24) Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023 (SSI 2023/25) Non-Domestic Rating (Valuation of Sites of Reverse Vending Machines) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/26) Diligence against Earnings (Variation) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/27) Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/34) 4. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Procurement Bill (UK Parliament supplementary legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and Scottish Ministers in devolved areas in the Procurement Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 6. Scottish Law Commission Bills: The Committee will consider its approach to the Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1 and the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill at Stage 2.
