Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation in devolved areas conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 8. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament supplementary legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 9. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a draft report. 10. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
