Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 10) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/386 (C.21)) 4. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Quarterly Report: The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 23 September to 8 December 2022.
