Instruments subject to made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Operator Liability) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/2) Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Requirements) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/6) 4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2021/Draft) Registers of Scotland (Digital Registration, etc.) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2021/Draft) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2022 (SI 2021/Draft) Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2021/Draft) Aquaculture and Fisheries etc. (Scheme for Financial Assistance) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2021/Draft) 5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2021 (SI 2021/1455) Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/481) Council Tax (Dwellings and Part Residential Subjects) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/489) Official Controls (Transitional Staging Period) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/493) 6. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the response received from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Cultural Objects (Protection and Seizure) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the delegated power conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Cultural Objects (Protection and Seizure) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 8. Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a power conferred on UK Ministers to make subordinate legislation in devolved areas in the Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill. 9. Inquiry into use of the made affirmative procedure during the coronavirus pandemic: The Committee will consider initial themes stemming from evidence heard on its inquiry.
