Budget (Scotland) (No. 2) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a response from the Scottish Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation in devolved areas conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 8. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
