Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7 and 8 in private. 4. Draft instrument subject to approval: The Committee will consider the draft Visitor Levy (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2026. 5. Instrument subject to annulment: The Committee will consider the Dangerous Dogs (Compensation and Exemption Schemes) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2026 (SSI 2026/204). 6. Instruments not subject to parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider— the Digital Assets (Scotland) Act 2026 (Commencement) Regulations 2026 (SSI 2026/197 (C.18)) the Visitor Levy (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2026 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2026 (SSI 2026/198 (C.19)) the Wildlife Management and Muirburn (Scotland) Act 2024 (Commencement No. 4, Transitional and Saving Provisions) and the Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2026 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2026 (SSI 2026/200 (C.20)) 7. Delegation of authority to ask questions in relation to subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider delegating authority to its legal advisers to raise questions with the Scottish Government and the Lord President’s Private Office in relation to subordinate legislation. 8. Work programme: The Committee will consider its approach to developing its work programme.
