Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Dangerous Dogs (Compensation and Exemption Schemes) (Scotland) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/70) 3. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 4. Automated Vehicles Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and the response received from the Scottish Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Bill. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its upcoming session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business.
