Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill : The Committee will consider the response received from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
