1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Cross-border Placements (Effect of Deprivation of Liberty Orders) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/136) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Extradition Act 2003 (Part 2 Territories) (Designation of Prosecutors) (Scotland) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/127) Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 (SSI 2022/139) 5. Legislative Consent Memorandums: The Committee will consider any wider themes stemming from the Committee’s scrutiny in session 6 of delegated powers in UK Bills for UK Ministers to make secondary legislation in devolved areas, to include further consideration of the relevant aspects of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Bill and the Professional Qualifications Bill. 6. High Speed Rail (Crewe - Manchester) Bill: The Committee will consider the responses received from the UK Government and the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill.
