1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in private. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Electricity (Applications for Consent and Variation of Consent) (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/310) Scottish Child Payment (Ancillary Provision) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/326) 3. Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland Bill : The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 4. Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Legislative Consent Memoranda: The Committee will consider its approach to issues arising in relation to Legislative Consent Memoranda. 6. Energy Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and Scottish Ministers in devolved areas in the Energy Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 7. Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and Scottish Ministers in devolved areas in the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 8. Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 9. Quarterly Report: The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 13 May 2022 to 22 September 2022.
