Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2022 (SI 2022/1173) Processed Cereal-based Foods and Baby Foods for Infants and Young Children (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/342) 4. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to questions asked on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 6. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider a revised draft Stage 1 report.
