1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Public Water Supplies (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) Budget (Scotland) Act 2022 Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2022/Draft) 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Assured Tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies (Prescribed Notices and Forms) (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/307) 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Non-Domestic Rates (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/301 (c.17)) Environment Act 2021 (Commencement and Saving Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/305 (C.18)) 5. Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers and Scottish Ministers in devolved areas in the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 7. Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the response received from the UK Government on the delegated powers provisions in the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill (UK Parliament legislation). 8. Report on instruments considered by the Committee during 2021-22: The Committee will consider a draft report outlining the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2021-22. 9. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the themes arising from evidence heard during its scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
