Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier. 8. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the response received from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 9. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
