1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7, 8 and 9 in private. 2. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Jennifer Henderson, Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, Jon Hodge, Policy Lead for RMT, and Cat Haig, Product Lead for RMT, Registers of Scotland; and then from— Colin Borland, Director of Devolved Nations, Federation of Small Businesses Scotland; Mirka Skrzypczak, Head of Working Capital & Trade Products , NatWest. 3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Pavement Parking Prohibition (Exemption Orders Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft) 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/288) Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 (SSI 2022/294) 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Ordinary Cause Rules 1993 Amendment) (Case Management of Defended Family and Civil Partnership Actions) 2022 (SSI 2022/289) Act of Sederunt (Simple Procedure Amendment) (Miscellaneous) (No. 2) 2022 (SSI 2022/295) 6. Instruments / Documents subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Environmental Standards Scotland Strategic Plan (ESS/2022/03) 7. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier. 8. Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the response received from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 9. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
