Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Scotland) Act 2021 (Form and Content of Waiver etc.) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Forestry (Exemptions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Social Security (Residence Requirements) (Afghanistan) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft) 5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— National Health Service (General Medical Services and Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/302) 6. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Act 2021 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/304) 7. Instruments / Documents subject to approval: The Committee will consider the following— Code of Conduct for Councillors (SG/2021/229); Model Code of Conduct for Members of Devolved Public Bodies (SG/2021/230) 8. Evidence session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 9. Social Security (Up-rating of Benefits) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Social Security (Up-rating of Benefits) Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
