Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Work of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee 2023-24: The Committee will consider a draft report outlining the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2023-24. 7.
