Subsidy Control Bill (UK Parliament Legislation): The Committee will take evidence from— Professor David Bell, Chair, The Steering Group for the Replacement to the European Social Investment Funds (ESIF) in Scotland; Professor Steve Fothergill, Sheffield Hallam University; Steven Heddle, Environment and Economy Spokesperson, Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA); George Peretz, Queen's Counsel , Monckton Chambers. 3. Subsidy Control Bill (UK Parliament Legislation): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider an approach paper for its next inquiry.
