National Strategy for Economic Transformation: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 6. UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary legislative consent memorandum lodged by John Swinney (LCM(S6)25a).
