Town centres and retail: The Committee will take evidence from— Professor Leigh Sparks, Deputy Principal and Professor of Retail Studies, University of Stirling. 3. Town centres and retail: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Scotland's supply chain (in private): The Committee will consider a revised draft report.
