1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private and to take consideration of an approach paper to scrutiny of the Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland Bill) and a draft annual report in private at the next meeting. 2. Scottish Government policy priorities: The Committee will take evidence from— Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy, Colin Cook, Director of Economic Development , Gary Gillespie, Chief Economist, and Nick Young, Head of Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage and Industrial Decarbonisation, Scottish Government. 3. Just Transition for the Grangemouth area: The Committee will take evidence from— Graham Stuart MP, Minister of State (Minister for Energy Security and Net Zero), UK Government; Kathryn Aggarwal , Deputy Head of the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Team, and Jonathan Hoare, Deputy Director - Clean Growth Directorate, UK Government . 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Public Procurement (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 5. Scottish Government policy priorities: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 2. 6. Just Transition for the Grangemouth area (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 3.
