Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private, and whether consideration of its approach to scrutiny of two Legislative Consent Memorandums should be taken in private at its next meeting. 2. Consumer Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— David Wilson, Board Chair, Sam Ghibaldan, Chief Executive, Susan Bomphray, Director of Policy and Advocacy, David Eiser, Director of Analysis, Research and Investigations, and Douglas White, Director of Policy and Advocacy, Consumer Scotland. 3. Consumer Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014: The Committee will consider its approach to post-legislative scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
