Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2024-2025 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government. 5. Economic Activity of Public Bodies (Overseas Matters) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Shona Robison, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Finance (LCM(S6)38).
