Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/160) 5. Impact of Bank Closures: The Committee will consider evidence heard at today's meeting. 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 7. Scotland's Economic Performance: The Committee will consider a draft report.
