Education and Skills Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take agenda item 3 in private.
The Committee will also decide whether its consideration of the Committee's Legacy paper should be taken in private at future meetings.

2. Children and Young people's Commissioner Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from-
