Budget Scrutiny 2023 - 2024: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2023-24 from— Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, Clare Haughey MSP, Minister for Children and Young People, Stephen Pathirana, Director for Lifelong Learning and Skills, Sam Anson, Deputy Director, Workforce, Infrastructure & Digital, and Eleanor Passmore, Deputy Director for Early Learning and Childcare, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 St Mary’s Music School (Aided Places) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2022 3.
