1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Reconsideration and Review of Determinations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 from— John Swinney, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for COVID Recovery, and Paul Beaton, Legislation and Contributions Unit Head, Scottish Government; Claire Montgomery, Solicitor, Scottish Government Legal Directorate. 2. Subordinate legislation: John Swinney Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Covid Recovery to move—S6M-02797—That the Education, Children and Young People Committee recommends that the Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Reconsideration and Review of Determinations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 be approved. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 4. Drink and Needle Spiking: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format from— Jill Stevenson, Diversity and Inclusion and Director of Student Services at University of Stirling and Director of, and the Director of the Association of Managers of Student Services In Higher Education; Ellen MacRae, President, Edinburgh University Students Association; Martha Williams, Girls Night In Campaign; Mike Grieve, Chair, Night Time Industries Association; Superintendent Hilary Sloan, Partnerships, Prevention and Community Wellbeing (PPCW), Harm Prevention , Police Scotland; Andrew Green, Policy Manager - Pub Operations, Scottish Beer & Pub Association; Professor Sally Mapstone, Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of St Andrews and Vice Convener, Universities Scotland; Kate Wallace, Chief Executive Officer, Victim Support Scotland. 5. Impact of Covid 19 on Children and Young People (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report. 6. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
